It's not all bad, but it's not all good
The amenities were enjoyable, especially the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Being able to bring our dog was a great plus, and the cute staff added to the experience.
The room decor felt dated and could use an upgrade. Although the location is fine, some service aspects lacked attention, especially regarding the WiFi which was slow and frustrating.

Got wonderful, cool room with windows to the kids ski area. The location was stunning and the free parking was on site. Furthermore, in the event that that happens;))

Our room for games or socializing was clean and fairly quiet. Coffee/tea makers, iron/ironing board and a work desk available were an advantage. The location was stunning and the free parking was on-site...

The spacious mini suite came with all the essentials, including a kitchenette and a cozy sofa area. The easy access to beautiful trails and the scenic views were highlights, especially after enjoying their homemade pies. The pool facilities left much to be desired, feeling unclean and neglected. Staff service was inconsistent, occasionally lacking the friendliness expected in hospitality. While the location and room comfort were great, improvements in cleanliness and service would enhance the experience.

great amenities but room for improvement in maintenance
The variety of amenities impressed me, especially the warm, inviting lobby area, made a great first impression. The pool area was enjoyable with plenty of picnic tables for lounging. My queen room was well maintained and clean. I also loved the amazing mountain view .
Some areas could benefit from better maintenance, particularly in shared spaces.
